information, and related financial details you choose to provide so we can help evaluate options such as debt
resolution or debt invalidation.
– Account & Communication Information: information you provide when you contact us (phone, email, forms, chat)
and any additional details you choose to share.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites or interact with our online content, we may automatically collect:
– Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent,
referring URLs.
– Cookies & Tracking Technologies: we may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to recognize your
device, remember preferences, and analyze traffic.

You may opt out of marketing emails by following the “unsubscribe” link in those emails. For SMS/text messages,
you may reply STOP to opt out. You may still receive non-marketing messages, such as transactional or
service-related notifications about your inquiry or referrals.

5.2 Access, Update, or Delete Your Information

You may contact us using the information in the Contact Us section to request access, corrections, updates, or
deletion of your information (subject to legal and business retention requirements).

storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

or coordinating with debt resolution, debt invalidation, or related financial service providers), comply with legal,
regulatory, accounting, or reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When
information is no longer needed, we may delete it or de-identify it in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 18. If we learn that we have unintentionally collected such information, we will take steps to delete it
as soon as possible. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

9. Mobile opt-in data.
No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates, except as required to deliver the requested messaging services (e.g., secure SMS delivery vendors). Such parties are prohibited from using the data for any other purpose.

10. Third-Party Websites & Services

Our Services may link to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not
apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you
visit.

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. There is no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals,
and therefore we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. We will update this policy if that changes in the
future.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the
top. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
